EverFX is an international forex and CFD broker headquartered in Cyprus, established in 2016 and serving retail and institutional traders. Its EU business is regulated by CySEC under MiFID rules, while offshore entities in the Cayman Islands (CIMA) and Seychelles (FSA) operate alongside the European regulation. Traders can choose from four account tiers, from a $250 minimum deposit, using MetaTrader 4, the proprietary Status platform, or ZuluTrade for copy trading.

Cyprus-based broker regulated by CySEC (with offshore CIMA and FSA entities), offering MT4, Status, and ZuluTrade across four account tiers starting at $250.

Overview

EverFX is an international forex and CFD broker headquartered in Cyprus, founded in 2016 to serve both retail and institutional traders.

Regulation and trader protection

EverFX operates under the trademark of ICC Intercertus Capital Ltd, a Cyprus company regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC), which allows it to offer services across the EU under the MiFID directive. Two offshore entities operate alongside this regulation: ICC Intercertus Capital (Cayman) Limited, registered with the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (CIMA), and Aerarium Limited, based in the Seychelles and regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA).

Client funds are held separately from company assets and are insured against broker insolvency. Negative balance protection prevents traders from losing more than the funds deposited in their account.

Leverage

For clients under CySEC/ESMA rules, leverage is capped at 1:30 on forex, 1:10 on commodities, and 1:5 on cryptocurrencies. Trading through the Cayman Islands or Seychelles entities allows leverage of up to 1:500; available leverage depends on the trader's place of residence.

Account types

EverFX offers four account tiers:

AccountMinimum depositSpreadCommission

Standard$2,5001.2 pipsNone
Premium$10,0000.8 pipsNone
VIP$50,0000 pips$6 per lot

Islamic (swap-free) accounts are available on request.

Trading platforms

EverFX supports MetaTrader 4, its own web-based Status platform, and ZuluTrade for copy trading, which lets traders mirror the trades of other investors. Mobile trading, a web terminal, automated trading, signals, and VPS hosting are all available.

Trading instruments

The broker offers forex and CFD currency pairs, stocks, indices from Europe, Asia, Australia, and the US, precious metals, commodities, and cryptocurrencies.

Deposits and withdrawals

Accounts can be funded by bank transfer, Visa/Mastercard, Skrill, or Neteller, in USD, EUR, or GBP. Card deposits carry no fee, while card withdrawals carry a 3% fee. The minimum deposit is $250.

Trading conditions

EverFX runs deposit-tiered accounts on MetaTrader 4, with copy trading through a ZuluTrade integration. Tiering means the advertised spread belongs to the top tier — check which tier your intended deposit actually places you in before comparing against a flat-priced broker.

The CySEC entity applies ESMA limits: 30:1 on major currency pairs, negative balance protection, margin close-out at 50%, with Investor Compensation Fund cover up to €20,000 for eligible clients. The Seychelles and Cayman entities apply none of that.

Hedging, scalping and Expert Advisors are permitted.

Verification

Verification requires photo ID and proof of address, with an appropriateness assessment on the CySEC entity. Documents are usually reviewed within one to two business days.

Read the client agreement to establish which company holds your money. A group operating Cyprus, Seychelles and Cayman entities routes clients by residence, and only one of the three carries compensation cover.

Frequently asked questions about EverFX

  • How do EverFX account tiers work?

Spreads narrow as the deposit tier rises, and the raw-spread tiers charge commission. The advertised spread belongs to the top tier, so check which tier your intended deposit qualifies for before comparing with a flat-priced broker.

  • Which EverFX entity will I trade with?

Residence decides. The group has operated Cyprus, Seychelles and Cayman entities. Only the CySEC-regulated Cyprus company carries ESMA leverage limits, negative balance protection and Investor Compensation Fund cover up to €20,000.

  • Does EverFX offer copy trading?

Yes, through a ZuluTrade integration rather than an in-house service, which gives access to a larger population of signal providers than a single broker could supply.

  • What platforms does EverFX offer?

MetaTrader 4, with ZuluTrade for copy trading. There is no MetaTrader 5 or cTrader option.
