ACY Securities operates an ASIC-regulated Australian entity alongside an offshore company, offering Standard and raw-spread accounts on MetaTrader 4 and 5 with a TradingView integration.
The Australian entity applies ASIC rules: 30:1 retail leverage on major currency pairs, negative balance protection, and client money held under ASIC client money rules. Clients routed to the Vanuatu entity see far higher leverage and neither protection.
Hedging, scalping and Expert Advisors are permitted, and the broker publishes research and analysis produced in-house.

Confirm the entity in the client agreement. Australia has no investor compensation scheme for retail forex, so even under the ASIC entity the protections are client money rules and the firm's capital rather than a compensation backstop — but that is still materially more than the Vanuatu entity provides.
