Equiti operates across the UK, the Middle East, Africa and New Zealand, with a group structure that includes an institutional business alongside retail brokerage. Its Middle East presence is more substantial than most international brands, with a regional operating history rather than a recently opened branch.
Trading runs on MetaTrader 4 and 5 with Standard and raw-spread account types.
Terms follow the entity: FCA clients face 30:1 on major currency pairs with negative balance protection and FSCS cover up to £85,000; the New Zealand entity holds client money in a statutory trust; other entities apply their local regimes.

Confirm which company your client agreement names. Equiti operates entities under regulators of quite different strength, and the protections attached to a UK account do not follow a client onboarded to a regional one.
