거래 조건
FXCM has been in the retail currency market since 1999 and publishes execution and order-flow data alongside its pricing — sentiment indicators drawn from its own client positioning, and historical spread statistics. That transparency is a genuine differentiator in a market where most pricing claims cannot be checked.
Account structure splits between Standard, priced in the spread, and Active Trader, which quotes raw spreads with a volume-scaled commission. Platform choice covers MetaTrader 4, TradingView, NinjaTrader and FIX API access alongside the broker's own Trading Station.
Retail leverage under FCA rules is capped at 30:1 on major pairs with negative balance protection and margin close-out at 50%.
Note. FXCM's US operations closed in 2017 following a CFTC settlement, and the firm does not serve US residents. The current entities are regulated elsewhere and that history is a matter of record rather than a live restriction outside the US.

Verification requires photo ID and proof of address plus an appropriateness assessment on the regulated entities, usually cleared within one business day.
UK clients have client money under FCA client asset rules with FSCS cover for eligible claims up to £85,000. Confirm which group entity your agreement names — protections differ, and FXCM routes by residence.
