The group operates a CySEC entity alongside a Seychelles company. Under the Cyprus entity the ESMA package applies — 30:1 on major pairs, negative balance protection, Investor Compensation Fund cover up to €20,000. Under the Seychelles entity none of it does, and leverage runs several times higher.
Hedging, scalping and Expert Advisors are permitted.

This is a relatively young brand. A short operating history is not a defect, but it removes the strongest evidence a retail client normally has — a record of paying withdrawals through a market shock. Size the account on the assumption that record does not yet exist.
