FXGiants operates through Notesco UK Limited alongside offshore group entities, offering Standard, Zero and ECN accounts on MetaTrader 4 and 5.
The UK entity applies FCA rules: 30:1 retail leverage on major currency pairs, negative balance protection, margin close-out at 50% and client money under FCA client asset rules with FSCS cover for eligible claims up to £85,000. Clients routed to a group entity outside the UK see higher leverage and none of that.
Hedging, scalping and Expert Advisors are permitted across account types.

Verification requires photo ID and proof of address, with an appropriateness assessment where the account sits under the FCA entity. Documents are usually reviewed within one to two business days.
Check the FCA Register for the entity's current authorisation and permitted activities, then confirm the same company is named in your client agreement. Groups operating both UK and offshore companies routinely display the UK licence while onboarding non-UK clients elsewhere.
