交易条件
Rakuten Securities is part of the Japanese Rakuten group, and that ownership is the substantive point: the parent is a listed conglomerate with a banking and securities arm, which puts a balance sheet behind the brokerage that independent retail brokers cannot match.
The Australian entity serves international clients under ASIC supervision — 30:1 on major currency pairs, negative balance protection, client money under ASIC client money rules. The Japanese arm is one of the largest retail FX operations in a market with its own leverage regime, capped well below European levels.
MetaTrader 4 is the platform, with the group's own terminals available in Japan.

Verification requires photo ID and proof of address plus an appropriateness assessment on the Australian entity, usually cleared within one business day.
Japanese retail FX operates under its own rules and its own leverage cap, materially lower than in Europe. Clients outside Japan are served by the Australian entity and should confirm that in the client agreement rather than assuming the group's Japanese standing applies to their account.
