Leverage is high and there are no restrictions on scalping, hedging or trading through news.
Latency and execution quality are the things to test here rather than take on trust: open a small live account and measure fills before committing size to an automated strategy.

Verification requires photo ID and a proof of address, normally cleared within one business day and required before the first withdrawal.
The operating licence is a Seychelles Securities Dealer authorisation, with no leverage cap and no investor compensation scheme. For an automated trader that mostly means position sizing and withdrawal discipline are entirely the client's responsibility.
