BCR operates an ASIC-regulated Australian entity alongside a British Virgin Islands company, offering Standard and Prime accounts on MetaTrader 4.
The Australian entity applies ASIC rules: 30:1 retail leverage on major currency pairs, negative balance protection, and client money held under ASIC client money rules. The BVI entity is supervised — genuinely, unlike a Saint Vincent registration — but sets no leverage cap and provides no compensation scheme.
Hedging, scalping and Expert Advisors are permitted.
