거래 조건
FXFlat is a German securities trading bank supervised by BaFin, which is a materially different legal form from a CFD broker: it is authorised as a Wertpapierhandelsbank, with the capital and reporting obligations that carries.
The offering is unusually broad for a German retail firm — CFDs alongside real securities, exchange-traded futures and options — and it provides access to Interactive Brokers' Trader Workstation as well as MetaTrader, which brings the multi-asset order routing that platform is built for.
ESMA limits apply: 30:1 on major currency pairs, negative balance protection and margin close-out at 50%. German clients also fall under the national deposit protection arrangements applicable to the institution's legal form.

Onboarding follows German banking standards: identity verification, tax identification, an appropriateness assessment and, for futures and options, a separate experience declaration before those products are enabled.
Documentation and support are primarily in German, which is worth knowing before opening if that is not a language you read comfortably — a client agreement is not a document to work through with a translator.
