Tiering means the advertised spread belongs to the top tier — compare against the tier your intended deposit actually qualifies for, since the gap on this model is usually large.
The operating entity is licensed in Mauritius, a regime with genuine substance requirements — resident directors, a licensed management company, audited accounts — but no leverage cap and no compensation scheme.

Verification requires photo ID and a proof of address, normally reviewed within one to two business days and required before the first withdrawal.
