Tiering is the thing to check. Spreads narrow as the deposit rises, so the advertised figure belongs to the top tier and the entry tier is materially worse — compare against the tier your intended deposit actually qualifies for, not the headline.
The CySEC entity applies ESMA limits with negative balance protection and Investor Compensation Fund cover up to €20,000; the Seychelles entity applies neither and carries higher leverage.
