The group has held a UK authorisation alongside an offshore entity, and the difference decides everything about your account: leverage, negative balance protection and compensation cover exist under the first and not the second. A broker's low commission is not worth much if it comes with an unsupervised counterparty, so establish the entity before comparing the pricing.
Hedging, scalping and Expert Advisors are permitted.
